Fresh + Organic: Wood Paneling

I love modern spaces but also crave the warmth and comfort of organic textures. Using natural materials brings the outside in while still allowing for clean lines. Wood paneling is of course traditionally used on the floor, but wrapping the walls or ceiling is a beautiful way to add warmth without clutter.

tip one: keep the wood light to prevent it feeling heavy or old fashioned

tip two: be careful with placement of recessed lighting and smoke detectors as they can really stand out
