Year ago we took a family trip biking through Puglia, Italy and I was captivated by these traditional stone dwellings. Trulli are unique whitewashed homes with conical stone roofs date back to the 14th century. Built without mortar, they could be dismantled quickly to avoid feudal taxes — a clever piece of history! I love this modern version . . .Would you stay in a Trulli?
